The Berne Union today announced the appointment of Mr. Vinco David as Secretary General.
Mr. David will leave his current position as a Management Team Member and Head of International Relations, Product Development, Marketing and Communications at Atradius Dutch State Business to join the Secretariat on 1st March 2017.
He takes over from Kai Preugschat, who departed earlier this month.

Today the Berne Union announces the departure of Secretary General Kai Preugschat.
Kai leaves to take up a position with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in Manila, where he has been appointed as Head of the Office of Cofinancing Operations.
He will remain in office as Secretary General until mid-November.
Kai joined the Berne Union as Secretary General in August 2014 and over the past couple of years he has led the association with consummate skill. The President and Management Committee extend their thanks to Kai for his contribution to the Berne Union and wish him all the best in his future endeavors.
