BU Country Risk experts explore approaches to risk in the post-pandemic environment
The Berne Union's group of Country Risk experts is gathering in Seoul on 7-8 June to catch up on the global geopolitical environment technical approaches to risk analysis
In addition to a wide roster of technical experts from across the BU Membership, we are delighted to welcome guest speakers from Fitch Solutions, DNV, and Korea based law firm Shin & Kim.
Focus topics include: global macroeconomic trends, practical implications of debt sustainability, economic impact of energy transition and access, climate finance and risk, impact of sanctions on trade, as well as new approaches to risk modelling and the use of data for political risk assessment and monitoring.
This members only meeting is the fourth event aimed specifically at the Country Risk experts with previous meetings having been held in Madrid, Colombo and Bratislava since 2013.
The meeting is kindly hosted by K-SURE, and the steering committee is chaired by Silvia Gavornikova, Director of International Relations at EXIMBANKA SR.
