Across ECAs and private insurers, AI tools are being tested, piloted, and in some cases already embedded into day-to-day processes. Yet, experiences, maturity levels, and approaches differ widely.
In this Virtual World Café session, we would like to create an open and interactive space to exchange perspectives on how AI is currently used in daily business:
- Which use cases are already live?
- Which tools are being used?
- What has worked well so far?
– Where do challenges and limitations remain?
The session is designed as a peer to peer exchange, aiming to make practical experiences visible, identify common hurdles, and share early best practices across organisations. Whether you are already actively using AI or just starting to explore its potential – your perspective is highly valuable.
