The first day of the 2019 Claims and Recoveries Specialist Meeting has launched in Istanbul, hosted by Berne Union member, Turk Eximbank.
Claims experts and legal counsel from Berne Union member organisations and external firms will sit down together over a series of talks and breakout-discussion groups to explore claims trends and processes, restructuring or selling debt on secondary markets, banking regulations, BITs and reinsurance, as well as developments in claims and recoveries at country level.
