New Management Board of HBOR
Hrvoje Čuvalo Appointed as the President, Josip Pavković and Alan Herjavec as Members of the Management Board
The Supervisory Board of the Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development (HBOR), at the proposal of the Government of the Republic of Croatia, made a decision on the appointment of the new Management Board of HBOR.
As of 24 October 2022, Hrvoje Čuvalo, MSc has been appointed for a term of five years to hold the position of the President of the Management Board, and Josip Pavković and Alan Herjavec, MSc will perform the duties of Members of the Management Board.
Hrvoje Čuvalo has been an employee of the Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development for more than twenty years, and for the last five years, he held a position of a Member of the Management Board. Previously, he was the Managing Director of the Loan Workout Department for a number of years. At the beginning of July, he was elected as a member of the Administrative Board of the European Association of Public Banks (EAPB).
Josip Pavković has been an employee of HBOR for many years with experience in project financing, financing of energy efficiency, renewable energy sources and environmental protection projects as well as the financing of public infrastructure projects, tourism and industry. He comes to the position of a Member of the Management Board from the position of the Managing Director of the Project Finance Department.
Alan Herjavec, MSc has many years of experience in various field of the banking sector, among others, optimisation of processes, integration and acquisition of companies, collection management and restructuring. He comes to HBOR from Hrvatska poštanska banka d.d. from the position of Advisor to the Management Board.
